Your panel is guaranteed against manufacturing defects and breakage. If you receive your panel and it has been damaged in transit, or if you notice a manufacturing defect, contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. To obtain your replacement, go to the contact page and send us a photo of your panel. We'll let you know how to proceed.
Ensure that you have verified your choice of product with the picture on our website before placing your order. Products cannot be replaced if the image is not what you expected. As each computer screen, tablet or phone is calibrated differently, it is possible that the colour of your mural/wallpaper is slightly different from that displayed on your screen. A variation in the colour as compared to that displayed on your screen does not justify a replacement. Measurements are the responsibility of the customer. Products cannot be replaced if you did not provide the correct dimensions when ordering. The installation of the mural is the responsibility of the customer. A mural/wallpaper damaged during installation cannot be replaced.
